You start with the current CVS (so you don't do what's already been
done). The you post patches to djgpp-workers AT delorie DOT com. The original
message wouldn't have been misplaced on that list either. Considering
that the activeness of djgpp-workers has been very low the last months
you're most welcome.

Then read the comments (if any) and correct if necessary. Then
somebody commits this in CVS.

There also is some kind copyright-reassigning-hassles that I don't
know much about. Ask DJ or possibly on djgpp-workers.


I don't know what liblocal and libtz is though.


If you plan on contribute more you might consider getting cvs write
access.
