Lose that "command" in the last line.  It's superfluous, and may cause
problems of its own that you don't need.

Go back a step or two.  Before go on to run RHIDE, make sure your
DJGPP installation itself is workable.  Exercise the "hello world"
test compilations as described in readme.1st.

What version of RHIDE is that, exactly?  On what platform are you
doing all this?
