I don't know what you mean by ``old''.  All the dj*203.zip files
reflect the state of matters in DJGPP version 2.03.  The fact that
some files have newer time stamps doesn't mean their contents are
different.

To the best of my knowledge, the only real difference between DJ's
zipped HTML files and what's in djdoc203.zip is that they were
produced by 2 different programs, so they are formatted a bit
differently and the subdivision into files is different.  But the
content is the same.

That's because stpncpy is not part of DJGPP v2.03.  We don't usually
document functions that aren't available in the library.
