Thanks!  This looks useful.  I am not sure it is what I was looking
for though.  This seems to allow the user to program in a win32
envoronment, and even create windows dll's and exe's, but I don't see
anything that would create an ocx file (activex), or com components. 
Am I confused?  Are com and activex controlls just different types of
dll's, or have I missed a section in the docs of mingw?  Thank you
again for helping.
