I have built libxml2-2.6.3 and libxml++-1.0.0 for DJGPP, but I didn't have 
time to prepare them packages for upload. Also I'm not interested now about 
use of these packages on non LFN systems (eg. plain DOS), so no related 
testing done at all. So it's very likely, that there are problems.
