Yes, you're right. I could have sworn I had made two RAMDISK with it,
but I must have misremembered.

Yeah. With a RAMDISK size equal to nearly all your RAM, there no room
for another one...

But why do you want several ones? Wouldn't two directories on the
single huge one work just as well (or even better)?
