The patches are for the library functions which launch other
applications.  Once you apply those patches to the library, you need
to rebuild Make.

I don't have the patches where I'm writing this, but I will be able to
send them to you when I'm back home.

Please keep in mind that the patches are alpha-level software
(although they do work for me for quite some time), so you should be
prepared to deal with possible bugs.
