Which network library did you install? DJGPP doesn't come with networking
support - you have to get a library such as libsocket or Watt-32, see:

http://libsocket.tsx.org/
http://www.bgnett.no/~giva/

If you're using libsocket, then you may need to configure it a bit. I can
give your more help, if you want.
