The DJGPP sites have a port of the GNU Enscript program, which has a very 
similar functionality.

Another solution is the ps-print command in Emacs.

The disadvantage of both these methods is that you need a PostScript 
printer which most people won't have.  You can install the Ghostscript 
package to work around that, but I find the quality of the printed
material it produces disappointingly low...
