Do you have a file which name starts with "bnu" and ends with "b.zip"?

If yes, unzip it like you unzipped djdev*b.zip and gcc*b.zip.

If no, go to <http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/zip-picker.html> and follow
the instructions.
