When I enter command of the form g++ filename in ms-dos prompt,
I get 'Bad command or filename'

I have unzipped the c++ compiler gpp2951b.zip and c++ library
lgpp295b.zip and I am able to use the gcc command so I'm not sure what I
am missing.
