If you are using djdev2.02 and the related 2.81 gnu zips, and if you are running RHIDE, you might check that your djgpp.env file contains the lines [rhide] RHIDE_TYPED_LIBS_DJGPP.cc=stdcxx because it appears that you are missing libstdcx.a (though you MIGHT have libstdcxx.a).
