So here I come to the real problem: Where do I find the liballeg.a file? I've searched my hard disk and I didn't find it. In my allegro 2.2 installation the bin and lib directories are empty. So I downloaded a new version (3) but these directories are still empty and I do not find that file. Where is it hidden? Do I need to use allegro another file plus the so named allegxx.zip? Thanks for the answer. alames AT teleline DOT es > Did you copy the liballeg.a file to the lib directory? (c:\djgpp\lib\liballeg.a > for example)
