This is a forum where people ask questions and get answers.  The
questions are sent to all subscribers, under the assumption that those
who know the answer will reply.  If you don't know the answer, simply
ignore the question(s).

Simply post the description of your problem and ask for help.  You
will get response from those who can help you.
