The un-RAR code is included in the distribution.

Here is the file list.

   This archive contains following files:

   README.TXT    - This file
 <snip>
   UNRS202.RAR   - UnRAR source code
  <snip>

A snippet from the readme in the UNRS202.rar archive.

    The unRAR utility is a freeware program, distributed with source
    code and developed for extracting, testing and viewing the
    contents of archives created with the RAR archiver, version 1.50
    and above. For the usage and distribution license please read the
    file LICENSE.TXT.

I have pre compiled UnRAR on my web site at this link

http://www.stardate.bc.ca/timidity.htm

these are the available files.

-    Windows 95
-    Linux
-    HP/UX
-    BSD
-    SUN Sparc
-    SCO UNIX
- Free source code for unRAR
