The FAQ doesn't come with the DJGPP sources.  It comes in a different 
archive, v2/faq210b.zip.  That zip file includes the FAQ in 3 formats: 
pure ASCII, Info, and HTML.  If you cannot read it using info.exe 
(possibly because you aren't used to info.exe), I bet you can read either 
the ASCII or the HTML version.
