It's one of the startup code modules that are linked into all your
programs.  The problem here is probably that you have not set your
DJGPP environment variable correctly -- contrary to the instructions
in the FAQ, you didn't post your autoexec.bat file and the output of
`set' at a DOS prompt, so I can't check this for you.  Make sure that
the DJGPP environment variable is being set to the full path and
filename of the djgpp.env file.

If that's not the case, please post a full problem report as outlined
in the FAQ -- people will be able to give much more specific help.
