Hello - 

This is to let everybody know that I have sent the 0721 binaries
for the Pentium Optimized GCC off to goof.com.  
Assuming I put them in the correct directory, they 
should show up at 9PM tonight Pacific Standard
Time.  The biggest change in this release is that C++ may actually
be working again (finally...).
