MS, Borland, Watcom, and the others haven't :)
Seriously, I think DJGPP is better than MSVC++1.0 (at least for DOS, I 
haven't tried Windows with DJGPP).  This is one heck of a piece of work, 
DJ.  Maybe when I have some free time (probably in about 2 years), I'll 
write some sound libs for DJGPP that work for more cards than the SB, or 
if anybody else wants to, check out my home page.
