This data is from the wrong version of the FAQ and is INCORRECT.  The
latest version of the FAQ is 2.01 (available as v2/faq201b.zip) and
contains the correct references to the simtel repository.  The info
in the old FAQ talks about the CCT repository, which was illegally named
SimTel.  AFAIK the pointers in the old FAQ are now either incorrect or
no longer contain updated files.
