I think on NT you won't be able to use any SVGA mode beyond the standard 
VGA modes.  That's because NT doesn't allow you to access the hardware 
ports directly, and that access is required to manipulate the different 
SVGA features.  (I might be wrong though, because I don't have access to 
an NT system, so I'm unable to verify the above theory.)
