Set both EMS and XMS limits to -1.  That should cause Windows let DJGPP 
use as much memory as Windows itself can have.

Also please check to see that your GO32 variable doesn't say ``nodpmi''.

If the above fails, run go32 with no arguments and post everything it
prints.
