Indeed, I found that in src.doc.ic.ac.uk/packages/simtel-msdos/editor,
the lisp and info zip are missing (em1930ei.zip). The lot *is*
complete at the dutch mirror,
ftp.nic.surfnet.nl/mirror-archive/software/simtel-msdos/editor, and in
ftp.coast.net as well.

   announcement file.  Is this the same thing (it is somewhat patched) or
   is it inferior?  The definitive answer probably ought to replace the
   one currently in the Emacs FAQ.  Thanks for the efforts anyhow.

I thought I left this announcement file out of the distribution,
because it was not according to simtel regulations. But it's almost
right. The package, em1930*.zip, is the real thing allright.
