Not gone, just moved.  Look in the SimTel/vendors directory.  The
reason for the move was a perceived conflict between the SimTel
compilation copyright and the GPL.  Only question I haven't heard
answered is whether djgpp will still be on the CD-ROMs from Coastal
Communications and Walnut Creek.
