Nothing is ever safe to assume in these cases, unless you are
absolutely sure you know what those TSRs do.  But you can try
and see what they've done to your system by invoking go32 with
no arguments.  If it reports VCPI memory, then the TSR is not
the cause of the problem.

Btw, do you unload the TSRs with some utility like Mark/Release
or with a command to the TSR itself?
