Subject: Header re-writing

The volume of messages on the DJGPP list is very high compared to many
lists, but it is impossible to filter it for delayed processing since
each message claims to come from the originator rather than from the list.
Would it be acceptable to the majority of readers of/contributors to
this list if either (and preferably) the `reply-to' field were re-written
as the address of the list, or (poorer alternative) the `Subject: ' field
were re-written as `Subject: DJGPP (<original subject>)'; in either case
receiving sites could then easily identify the mail as pertaining to
DJGPP and therefore deal with it specially.
