Subject:	Latest djgpp version and whereabouts.

After many hours of poking around, I located and downloaded
djgpp v 1.12m4 development environment (gcc, gdb, utils, sources, ...)
from wuarchive.wustl.edu systems/msdos/simtel/msdos/djgpp

I found out about this mailing list, subscribed, and promptly
saw a reference to version 1.14. Is this correct?
a) is v1.12 obsolete, and if so, how obsolete
b) what is the least obsolete ftp-able version
c) where does it live?
