Under WinNT you should use the real-mode gcc.exe (get the file
gccXXXrm.zip) and some real-mode port of Make (not the one
you get with DJGPP), because DJGPP can't spawn child programs
under NT.

Btw, you have a VERY old version of DJGPP.  Check out SimTel
mirrors, ion the msdos/djgpp directory: it's 1.12m3 now,
with gcc being at 2.6.3.  Time to upgrade, I would say.

AFAIK, no.

There is EMX/RSX port of GCC, originating from Germany, I think.
