Hi,
	I have just installed djgpp 1.10 and have had trouble getting large
	C programs to compile (e.g samples/compress), especially with
	optimisation. The error I get is "virtual memory exhausted", yet my
	486/33 has 8MB of RAM and 17MB of free disk space. I am using 386MAX
	6.02, which has 5MB+ of XMS memory free (but no extended memory free);
	I am confused about the whole DPMI and VCPI issue... 386MAX is able
	to provide both (I think); but how do I configure it for djgpp ?
	Can anyone please help ?

	BTW I must congratulate DJ for his work on djgpp... commercial
	equilavents start at 450 pounds!
