I use MicroEmacs, but then I've ported it to djgpp so it can handle
terribly huge files (four meg on occasion) and rewrote some of the
code to handle the emacs-isms I use a lot.  It could porobably be
rebuilt to run under Windows if you needed it there also, although the
go32 version won't.  It does play nicely with DV/X and handles any
SVGA text modes I use.
