I would prefer something like:
Add a 'turbo_assist()' function for adding/removing 
a physical-to-virtual memory mapping routine to GO32 on the fly.

I could try to write such a routine, but I don't know if DJ
and others would be willing to incorporate it into future releases
of GO32. Everyone is very eager to keep the GO32 real mode footprint
as small as possible...

However, if such an option would be needed by more DJGPP users
it seems reasonable to include it.
