Hi everyone,

This may sound very trivial, but does anyone know which function to
use in GNU C to generate Guassian noise (white noise) i.e. a random
function generator which has Guassian or normal distribution (bell
shape distribution). This noise will be added to an image of 0-255
gray-level (simulation). Is it possible anybody has done some similar
related work ?...
Any lead or help is greatly appreciated.
