We're trying to port an X application using the djgpp package and
DESQview/X.  We have the .zip files recommended in the readme file
installed OK, but there doesn't seem to be a make.exe.  A program
ndmake.exe is mentioned in a couple of documents, but it doesn't seem
to be around either.

What are we missing, and where can we get it?
