Subject:	shifting long long ints creates bad assembler

Yeah; I hit that when I recompiled the 387 emulator.  Bogus.  I
couldn't easily find the bad code in gcc, though, so I just rewrote
the code.  Hopefully gcc 2.2.2 (which I'm working on compiling now)
will work correctly.
