Does anyone know how to reach Mike Castle who did the PBMPLUS port to DOS
using Gnu C. As an alternative, does anyone have PBMPLUS compiled with Gnu
C that does not have go32 appeneded to it (especially a version of go32
before Ver 1.05). One other alternative would be does anyone know how to
strip go32 from the a.out file? I know that I could (in theory) generate
everything from the diff file and the sources but it looks like an ugly
port. Thanks!
