I only use compression techniques only for backup and file transport via
floppy disks. I don't like the idea of compressing everything. It only
works to a certain theoretical level (information theory) and once you 
have filled up your disk compressor driven hard disk with lot of compressed
files and you need an uncompressor to uncompress the decompressor first
before you can uncompress the rest you're at the end.

Buy bigger disks rather than wasting money for such stupid things.
