Subject: DJGPP executables and PKLite-like tools
Status: O

Does anyone of you used tools like PKLite on the DJGPP .EXE files?
PKLite is a kind of compressor that compresses an executable file leaving
it still executable. The trick is that the shrinked file expand itself
aftern the loading procedure and before running.
BTW, what's the "best" of all the PKLite-like tools?

I think you can PK-lite go32.exe and stub.exe, but you can't PK-lite
the a.out files since they are in UN*X format. For instance, I use
LZEXE and in cases like this one It tells me that the file has an
overlay appended to it, that this may break the program.
