I've found the "best" executable comrpessor to be "diet".  It is free,
it compresses as well as pklite or lzexe, it can compress .SYS files,
it can go TSR and compress/uncompress data files for your compressed
executables.

But I have no idea how to make any of these work with DJGPP .EXE files.
