Unfortunately I joined the mailing list just after this announcement
was sent out: could someone (DJ?) please send me a copy of it?

Another plea: we are in the UK with only a 2400 baud modem, is there
anyone in the UK who has ftp'ed a copy of 1.06 that we can negotiate a
tape copy from?
