Hi everyone,
I was just wondering, what caches everyone uses with DJGPP and
also if you have found that it helps in the speed of compiling and/or
running go32 and swapping memory [advantage being the read ahead...]
If you do see an improvement, how big is your cache?
Has anyone else encountered, while running a cache while compiling,
the compilerer saying that the library was corrupt/damaged? I am really
intrested in speeding up compiling because I have a huge program which
takes forever for make to peice together (almost forever) because I am
usually changing a lot of the source files at the same time. I guess I
should just get a faster computer? (DJGPP will work fine on 486's correct?)
