I've got gcc2 at home; I'm a short step away from releasing it with
djgpp 1.06.  The big hit is that libc.a has to be rebuilt, as the name
mangling is different.  The one from FSF isn't quite right; the
makefile.dos is not up to date enough.  I'll be submitting the final
patches to FSF soon as well.
