Subject:	VGA (not super) 640x480x16 support?

I understand that DJGPP drives SuperVGAs, VGA 320x200x256, etc.  but
manages no other VGA modes.

Has anyone modified the code or written a driver for VGA's 640x480x16
mode?  Is this infeasible? (if so, why?)
