Oh, now I see. There is very little info about it in GCC mailing
lists. This release contains just one patch to allow compiling glibc 2.2.

Mirrors work, like ftp://gd.tuwien.ac.at/gnu/gcc/releases/gcc-2.95.2.1/

But if you want the stablest release from 2.95.x series, you might try
code from CVS branch which includes lots of code generation fixes. (Of
course, it should be tested more).
