I think, this is a good idea, but then I think there should be somewhere
written that it is recommended to use the latest version of that package
and how the user (who don't know it) can guess or calculate what the
latest
version is, for instance (after seeing this question in the group) it is
not clear for anyone, that bnu281b.zip is a newer version than
bnu27b.zip.

The one which is mentioned in the README.1ST. I mailed the new address
already to DJ and he updated it to the correct one. It is

(BTW: It looks only similar like the old one
...tu-chemnitz.de/~rho/rhide.html :-)
